I came with my family and we had an amazing stay!
The view was gorgeous, the kitchen was very well equipped, the outside areas were perfect for a large group with plenty of different seating arrangements, all with perfect views of the lake. Overall we loved our stay at Blue Heron and will for sure come back!

It has serious WOW factor
Three generations of my family flew from different places around the country to spend a week at this amazing house on Lake Sammamish. The house is bright, clean, artfully designed and decorated and very comfortable. It has serious WOW factor from the moment you walk in. The landscaping and outdoor sitting nooks complete with flowing stream are mesmerizing, meditative and magazine worthy. The views of the lake from almost every room in the house inspire and help you feel connected to the natural beauty of the place all day long. The kitchen and house are strikingly well stocked with everything you need to cook nice meals for large groups. We enjoyed swimming and paddling on Lake Sammamish every day there. Brian and Leslie communicated proactively and thoroughly before our trip. They are both so kind, helpful and responsive to any questions that I had. They responded promptly to messages and questions. Our family had a really great gathering at this house and hope to return again.

Most epic family vacation EVER!
We all agreed that this has been the most epic family vacation EVER! We enjoyed every inch of the property—from the meditation garden, the fire pit, coffee off the kitchen balcony, dinner by the boathouse, fishing off the dock and the hot tub. This home was perfect for us to gather, relax and play. I loved all the beautiful flowers and watching the birds. What a wonderful memory this will be!

It was truly a dream place to stay
We chose this house for a long awaited family reunion and we couldn’t have chosen better. The house and location are even more magical than the pictures shown. The layout is perfectly planned out where we had plenty of space to gather together but also had our privacy. Leslie and Brian’s place is so carefully thought out and it was truly a dream place to stay. We had little kids who were fascinated by all the wildlife and the outdoor space and grill was perfect for big family dinners each night. We cannot wait to make a trip back there.

We would recommend without any hesitation!
We were a group of 12 adults celebrating a graduation. The weather was gorgeous and we enjoyed every square inch of the home and property. The variety of living and gathering spaces were perfect for shared meals and together time and we also never felt cramped or crowded with each other. So many inviting spots to sit and enjoy the views! We swam, kayaked, ate many meals, enjoyed spotting “Gus,” a bald eagle and we treasured quiet sunrise mornings on the dock. We are three generations, and your home accommodate us so well. The location was easy for us to access events in Seattle, Issaquah and Everett. We also had a spontaneous outing to Snoqualmie Falls, which was easy and fun. We will treasure our Lakehouse reunion memories! We would recommend without any hesitation!

Truly the best family vacation!
I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful it was to stay at Leslie and Brian’s. Truly the best family vacation! The property is stunning and so peaceful. The house is stocked with everything you could need. We ended up cooking almost every night because we never wanted to leave the property. One of the best our family has stayed in
Brian & Leslie’s home is amazing. One of the best our family has stayed in. Clean. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings. Had every amenity you’ll ever need. All-Clad cookware, quality equipment, utensils, etc. Towels neatly stacked and folded in the cabinets. Everything so well organized and laid out such that we didn’t want to touch them! We appreciated the comp drinks in the multiple mini fridges… again all neatly organized. And you have to try out the Sonos sound system throughout key areas of the house. Our family had movie nights, enjoyed kayaking and the hot tub! They hung out at the boathouse. And were excited to see birds like herons, steller jays, and a family of ducks that swam past daily. We sat by the lakeside & enjoyed the serenity. Location is convenient, 10-15 mins drive to grocers, restaurants. 15 mins north to Costco. A lot of effort & pride in making this house one of a kind and a delightful experience. Clearly a home Brian & Leslie loves and I’m sure you would too.

This house is amazing!
