Blue Heron Lakehouse is the ultimate Northwest venue for meetings, film and photo shoots, weddings and celebrations. Just minutes from Seattle and downtown Bellevue, this 3,200 square SF, 5 bed/5 bath contemporary home has an idyllic, private setting on Lake Sammamish. Windows across the entire front face of the home bring in abundant natural light and commanding views, and multiple gathering spots and expansive outdoor areas distinguish this highly unique property. Fine furnishings and colorful art add warmth and charm, and flexible spaces, three distinctive lounge areas and a full bar offer diverse options for functions.

Spectacular Outdoors

The property boasts 75 feet of waterfront and a long dock with a solar boat lift. It’s embraced by woods and lush gardens, with view terraces stepping down to the lake, where a renovated boathouse with bar and kitchenette is a popular gathering spot. Conversation areas include a deck with a fire table overlooking the lake; a flagstone terrace with pro grill and large dining table; and a spacious lakeside terrace tiled with a sport court/dance surface.

The media lounge, with a 75” HD TV with 5.1 surround-sound, has a poker/games table and a full wet bar with beverage refrigerator and dishwasher. The family room and the great room offer additional gathering/break-out spaces. There are three additional HD TVs, a whole-house surround-sound Sonos speaker system, ultra-high-speed Internet and chic, artsy furnishings. A private parking lot and driveway parking offer space for 8-10 vehicles.
